In the event of abrupt cardiac arrest, just half of the individual will require a shock. All, however, will necessitate cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR).When the Fully Automatic AED Plus® detects a shockable cardiac rhythm, it automatically administers the shock. There is no need to press a button. If a shock is required, it will be delivered automatically after a brief vocal countdown once the Fully Automatic AED Plus urges “Don’t Touch the Patient” and the heart analysis begins.
